jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
